Fall E-Waste Events a Success

During three Fall E-Waste events held in October nearly 101,000 pounds of electronics were kept out of the landfill. The one-day events were held in Frankenmuth at Frankenmuth Mutual Insurance, Davenport University in Kochville Township and in the City of Saginaw at Saginaw County Mosquito Control. 521 cars came through with unwanted electronics from computers and TVs to microwaves and vacuum cleaners.
