Due to icy road conditions, Waste Management has suspended all collection services today. The Village of Birch Run, Buena Vista Township, Carrollton Township, Chesaning Township, and St. Charles Township will be collected on Friday, January 2, 2026. Extra trash and recycling will also be collected next Friday. Trash must be in bags under 50 pounds and placed on the ground next to your trash cart. Please do not use personal containers. Recycling must be loose in a container next to your recycling cart.
Priority Waste will attempt service today in Birch Run Township and the City of Saginaw. If your materials are not collected by 7 PM, your next service will be Friday, January 2.
For residents in Albee Township, Blumfield Township, Brady Township, the Village of Breckenridge, the City of Saginaw, James Township, Maple Grove Township, the Village of St. Charles, Thomas Township, and Wheeler Township, collection is still planned for Saturday, December 27. At this time, we do not have any reported weather‑related delays for these communities.
