Recycling: Put this item in your recycling bin or cart.
Instructions:
Priority Waste Communities: Break down and flatten boxes. Each flattened piece should be no larger than 3 feet by 3 feet. Broken down and flattened boxes should be placed either in your recycling bin or underneath your recycling bin. If you are placing broken down and flattened boxes inside another box and want them collected for recycling, that box should be labeled with a Recyclables Only sticker and placed with your recycling.
WM Communities: Break down and flatten boxes and place in your MMWA recycling cart. If you have additional cardboard you can drop it off at one of our MMWA recycling drop off locations found at the bottom of this page.
*Cardboard that is very wet or heavily soiled should go in the trash.
Pro-Tip: Keep your cardboard covered on rainy or snowy days to prevent it from getting too wet prior to recycling pick up.
